Rihanna tops Billboard's new Social 50 chart
Pop star Rihanna heads a new Billboard Social 50 chart. The chart rates artists according to their popularity on social media sites such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. Teen idol Justin Bieber was ranked second.
