Tech startups choosing SF over Silicon Valley

SF's famous fog has not been a deterrent to its tech renaissance.

Now more than ever, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists are choosing San Francisco over its Silicon Valley neighbors down the Peninsula, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.
