Earliest known computer-generated film released by AT&T archives
This 1963 film, recently released by AT&T archives, could be the first computer-generated movie ever made.
The film was created and narrated by Bell Labs scientist Edward E. Zajac, who was deeply engaged in communications satellite research. Zajac used FORTRAN and ORBIT programs in his original computations, which were fed in an IBM computer via punch cards. The output was printed on microfilm.
