Smartphone security startup Lookout is growing rapidly. In less than a year,  the San Francisco based company has gained some two millions users. Lookout customers download the company's software to their mobile devices to block viruses, malware and other security threats. Lookout also offers a data back-up application.

The need for Lookout's software has grown with the rise of smartphone users and smartphone apps. Lookout is only available on Blackberry, Android and Windows Mobile devices.
