A Twitter groups feature has just been launched by a startup called Buzzable, reports TechCrunch. Using the new Buzzable feature, groups on specific topics can be setup using RSS feeds such as Google News, Yahoo Finance, Twitter and and blogs. Images and YouTube videos can be added to microblogs. A group created by Buzzable allows you to invite your Twitter followers.
