Tweet inspired 'Quakebook' to help Japan relief

A single tweet was the spark that led to a digital book project to help survivors of the earthquake and tsunami that killed some 11,500 people in Japan.

An anonymous British blogger living in Tokyo, known on Twitter as @ourmaninabiko, came up with the idea for Quakebook, which will soon be published by Amazon.

Science fiction writer William Gibson, Yoko Ono and many other writers and contributors from around the world have participated in the project,  also known as "2:46," the time the earthquake hit Japan. Proceeds will benefit the Red Cross in Japan.
